Meat with soy bean sauce is a very simple dish/ lauk for lunch or dinner. I'm not sure whether this is a Chinese style of cooking, but the recipe is so easy that anyone can cook it. Here's the ingredients you need to have as well as the procedures you need to take-up.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of meat
- 6 tbsp of soy sauce
- salt
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- garlic
- some onions and garlics
- red chillies or parsimon (yellow/ red) for garnishing
- oil for frying
Cooking Procedures:
- Cut the meat into small slices
- Boil the meat for about 30 mins or until tender
- Toast it and put aside
- In a wok, pour oil
- when it is enough hot, add in the meat.
- let it cook for five minutes while stirring the meat
- add in soy sauce and garlic
- add in sugar and salt
- turn-off the stove
