Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of beef meat
- some tomato, ginger, carrot, red chillies
- 5 tbsp of soybean ketchup
- 3 tbsp of chillie sauce
- 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
- onion and garlic (saute)
- Poach or boil meat until it is really tender
- Heat the oil
- Saute onion and garlic
- Add in beef (fry for 5 min or so. It was already boiled earlier)
- Add in all the sauces
- Add in all the vegetable
