egg sausage roll

A very simple breakfast/ lunch/ snack to prepare. You just need: 

  1. 2 sausages (of any kind. I use beef)
  2. 6 eggs (3 eggs for one sausage). It's luxurious kinda egg sausage roll we're making
  3. a little bit of mayonnaise, thousand island and chilli sauce
Preparation Procedures:
  1. Beat eggs. Stir using fork
  2. In a wok,  pour the eggs that you've stirred gently on the wok (use small heat to ease u in frying the eggs)
  3. Once the eggs are ready, let it cold for a while 
  4. Then put bread that you've already put sausage into it (slice the bread for about i.e 3/4 of it needs to be sliced so that you'll be able to put the sausage)
  5. Cover the bread with the eggs 
  6. Cut the bread into 3 
  7. Press thousand island, mayonnaise and chilli sauce from their bottles 
  8. There you have it!
