Fried Ladies Finger with Dried Fish

This is a menu I prepared for dinner. In order to save time in preparing the dish, you need to boil the ladies fingers first. Hence, you just need a couple of minutes to fry the lady finger.
 
Ingredients
  1. 15 ladies finger 
  2. 5 chillies (small ones)
  3. 1 onion 
  4. 2 garlic 
  5. 2-6 inches of belacan (shrimp paste)
  6. oil for cooking 
  7. water to boil the lady fingers
Procedure
  1. Boil the lady fingers. Toast it and set aside
  2. Mash onion, garlic and belacan (use lesung batu i.e. mortar and pestle)
  3. In a wok, add oil 
  4. Saute onion, garlic, chillies and belacan
  5. In 3 minutes or so turn off the heat
  6. You may eat the dish together with porridge or rice. Serve it hot.
