A simple dish to cook for dinner/lunch. I use plenty of onions ..for decoration and they can also be eaten. Here's the ingredients and how to cook the dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of meat
- 1/2 green capsicum/bell pepper (slice thinly)
- 1/2 red capsicum/bell pepper (slice thinly)
- 2 onions (slice)
- 5 garlic (slice)
- 2 tbsp of black pepper sauce
- oil for frying
Cooking procedure:
- To make the meat tender, slice it into small pieces and boil it first. Then set it aside
- In a wok, pour oil
- Then add the meat. Let it for a while. Just enough to mix the meat with the oil. Don't cook for too long at this stage because you've already did when boiling it
- Then saute the garlic and onion in the wok
- Add black pepper sauce
- Add capsicums
