cornflake madu (honey cornflake)

 after the kids spread the mix fruits n cherries 

 in the tupperware for storing

For this year eid, one of the cookies I prepare is cornflake madu (honey cornflake). The original recipe is obtained from here.


Ingredients

1. 50gm cornflakes (kotak kecil)
2. 125gm butter (1/2 buku)
3. 1/2 cawan gula perang (tambah kalau suka manis)
4. 3 sudu makan madu  (I used IQ Plus madu since there is no honey at the moment of preparing the cookies)
5. mix fruits n cherries

Procedures: 

1. Campurkan butter dan gula dan masak atas api perlahan hingga gula larut bersama butter 
2. masukkan cornflakes ke dalam adunan yang dah cair dan masukkan madu
3. aduk sampai rata
4. masukkan dalam acuan dan taburkan mix fruits n cherries 
5. bakar selam 10-15 mins atau sampai dasar kekuningan
