Shitake mushroom and mix vegetable soup
Ingredients:
- 3 baby corn
- 5 pieces of shitake mushroom (soak for a while in water)
- a little bit of cauliflower
- 1 carrot
- 1 cube of magee mee chicken paste
- 2 cups of water
- a little bit of salt
- 1 garlic - chop finely
- 1/2 onion - chop finely
- 2-3 tbsp of oil to saute ingredients 8 & 9
- sohon (if you like)
Procedures:
- In a wok, pour oil
- when the oil is hot, add in garlic and onion
- after a sec. or two, add in onion and garlic
- let for a while until you can smell the aroma of onion n garlic
- then pour water
- while until water is boiled before you add in all the vegetables n shitake mushroom
- turn off the stove
- finally, add in sohon
