one side is already done

the chickens that are ready to be eaten. p/s: the sausages, they are over-cooked

These are some of the photo snapped for barbeque during eid adha. We had the barbeque at night. I only marinated the chicken for 4 hours or so. We often have barbeque in my late father in-law's house when my husband's siblings from KL, Johor and Chini are back home. Basically, here are the ingredients to marinate the chicken:

Ingredients:
  1. 2 whole large chicken
  2. 4 big onions
  3.  3 garlic
  4. 5 lemon grass
  5. tumeric (i bought it at pekan sehari. Only buy RM1 for it. It should be sufficient)
  6. 1-2 cups of sugar (depends on how sweet you want the chicken to be)
  7. a little bit of salt
Procedures:
  1. Cut the chicken. Perhaps into 20 pieces for one whole chicken
  2. Wash the chickens. set aside after you wash them
  3. Blend all the ingredients stated above until fine
  4. In a big pot/ basin, pour the mixture that you've blended
  5. Mix them well
  6. Store it in the fridge for 4 hours before you start 'barbequing' them
