kangkung rebus
Another simple ulaman for dinner/ lunch. Not to forget pilled cucumber. Again all these can be eaten with sambal belacan.
Rebusan
Ini adalah masakan kari sebenarnya. Since entry ni dilabelkan Ulam-ulaman, so needs to show case the ulam ler. Ni sebenarnya pucuk paku yang direbus.. pastu ada ulam raja kat sebelah tu. Disamping tu ada satu ulam yg saya tak kenal ...beli kat Pekan Rabu. Ulam-ulaman ni mmg sedap kalu dicicah ngan sambal belacan... kalau ada kari cukup la utk lauk. Ada daging n sayur..

Roti Naik (yg tak naik)

Tak jadi la attempt utk buat roti naik khas utk makan dlm perjalanan cuti sekolah (first time cuti skolah thn ni). Jadi rezeki ayam itik jer. Bagi kat mak teh jiran sebelah n selebihnya mkn sendiri2. Resepi asal was taken from here. I also followed the tips..petua2 apa seme. Tapi xde rezeki tak jadi.

I couldn't remember where I got this recipe from. But these are really melt in the mouth kind of delicacies. However, my finishing was not really fine..
My ABC Mee Hoon Goreng
Bahan-bahan:
- 200-300 gram mi hoon, rendam hingga lembut n toskan
- 1 genggam taugeh
- 1 genggam ikan bilis (utk perasa..try ni n tgk rasa camner. My mom's colleague kind of secret ingredient utk buat mee hoon sedap. I've tried n it was prooven).
- 2 biji telur
- 2 camca besar sos cili
- 1 camca besar tomato cili
- 1 camca besar cili kisar
- 3 biji bawang kecil (tumbuk)
- 1-2 sdb cili kisar
- Garam secukup rasa
Prosedur Memasak
- Panaskan minyak dalam kuali
- Tumiskan bawang - masuk cili kisar (biarkan garing seketika)
- Masukkan sos cili n tomato.
- Letakkan sedikit air.
- Tambahkan garam.
- Masukkan mee hoon. Biarkan seketika utk buatkan mee tu lembut.
- Tutup api n lepas tu tambahkan taugeh
Bahan2:
- 2 biji telur (any grade can do) - dipukul
- 1sdb minyak masak
- garam secukup rasa
- Panaskan minyak dalam kuali
- Tuangkan telur kedalam kuali sedikit-sedikit hingga meliputi kawasan kuali kesemuanya (biarkan ianya benar2 nipis). This means kita kena pegang kuali tu ngan tuala n pusing2 dia supaya sekata masaknya.
- Tutup api dan biarkan ianya sejuk
- Lepas tu gulungkan sahaja
- Gunakan pisau tajam untuk memotongnya atas chopping board
Maggi Mee Goreng Mamak

This is the dish I cooked last night. It is simple yet worth cooking since all my kids love it. In fact, they often request me to prepare the dish regardless day or night. Here's the recipe
Ingredients
- a packet of maggi mee (also use the flavour in the packet- need to mix it with curry powder)
- 1 tbs of curry powder
- oil for frying
- onion and garlic (slice them)
- 1 red chilli (slice)
- 1 egg
- a hand full of bean sprout
- 1/2 half of tomato (slice it)
- a hand full of cabbage
Cooking Procedures
- Boil the maggi mee- stir it - put aside
- In a wok, put oil
- When it is hot, add in #4,
- Then, add in maggi mee
- Make a hole at the centre. Click this to infer what I mean.
- Stir all the ingredients
- Add in bean sprout, cabbage n tomato
- Turn off the stove
- Finally, add in the sliced chilli.
